Description I did a incredible mess with the layers and the colours, but granted that I just have yesterday night to work on it and considering that somehow I made it on time for the deadline, I close my eyes, upload it and declare it a huge success.
Surely I'm not going to win, but I love the idea of Gaiman seeing a my pic: I strongly believe he is crazy enough to actually watch every single drawing submitted for the contest! [link]

Yes, Gaiman's July tale was indeed a very lovely subject to draw (but even the other months were wonderful short stories).
