Nice to see Megazone 23 getting some attention, but her name is Takanaka Yui.
As reference, (in addition to the numerous anime databases about Megazone 23, such as www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyc… ), about 2 minutes into www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wY3ls… , when Yui's introducing herself, in the original Japanese audio (french subtitles), it's quite clear.
