They're the newest addition to the infamous Vivi Fam 8) Please welcome them with open arms (or they'll cry)

Some Facts:

They're basically a reincarnated fusion of my two old dragon characters, Cassiopeia and Hydrax
May use either he/him or they/them pronouns
Created by Vivienne to use them as a weapon for world domination/destruction

Can shrink in size and be as small as a pupper
Has a huge grabby claw on their tail to aid them in destroying things
Markings glow when using powers

Attacks like the Mega-Kaiju from Pacific Rim Uprising
They can also use atomic breath like Godzilla
Roars sound similar to Otachi from Pacific Rim (2013)

Is very loyal to the family; will never ever betray them
Can shapeshift into any animal they want (mythical or not)
Supposed to represent Vivienne's children (not including the main ones) combined into one being
