Fins can look similar to Rose's fins which be found here www.furaffinity.net/view/33188… and the quill placements can be anywhere on the body and isn't restricted Rel's quills are on his head to shoulders then has quills on his tail, meanwhile Sail (A Electrite who is still in the works for a friend) has quills on his body and tail. But as for the fin ears Ravik has the closest thing to them, they can be any shape or length :>
