Levels for all are Full body 1 x 2, shading 1 x 2, simple background 1 x 1=5 levels!Regulars are priced BA+lv or can be taken as a ref to adopt, where you claim a mon, draw and submit the ref for that pokemon and then it's officially yours. Why? I don't want to hand out free mons and at the same time this encourages members to keep up with their refs.

Yes, the Lillipup is still for sale. In ref to adopt you would draw and submit the Lillipup's ref to DA or Stash so I can see it and fill out all the info (except ID which you can't do before I've sent the receipt) and that would be the "payment" for the Lillipup.

The whole point of ref to adopt is to make the reference sheet for the pokemon as a payment, and as such before I send in the receipt. Of course you can't submit the reference to the group before the receipt is accepted. There has been several people taking the ref to adopt option and there hasn't been any problems with it
