Пока не могу углядеть. Хотя на превьюшке можно не заметить левое крыло, направленное "на зрителя" и принять правое крыло (занимающее правый верхний угол картинки) за левое.

The great thing about your image is that the viewer doesn't immediately see the scale. Then when the figure is seen in the foreground it adds an epic feel.

Thanks! Though I would like to make scope and scale more palpable, I'm still glad if perspective could be felt due back/foregrounds differences.

Your work has inspired me to add a huge difference in scale to my next painting. Now, I need to research how to paint figures that look massive...

Yeah, I also wish I could be better at this. It seems like one of the tricks (besides using low angles) is to little bit blend giant figure to the color of skies.
Say, this one shows character's massivity way better than I did.

Thanks for the help with this. The thing I liked about yours was that I didn't immediately see the figure in the foreground and when I did, the scale suddenly hit me. The Colossus painting is another great example. The main figure is definitely paler and bluer, like you say, and more like the sky colour has been blended into it.
I'm going to take photographic reference for my next image, some for a foreground figure and then some for the giant. I'm not sure whether the focal length on the two shots needs to be the same, or whether the giant needs to be taken with a wider lens. I'll have a play with it and let you know how I get on. Thanks for the advice on the low angle, I'll try that too.

Ну, это в сферовакуумном случае. Характеристики героев, артефакты, толщина книг магии, а также возможная потрепанность одного из юнитов может сделать исход куда менее однозначно предсказуемым.

Amazing, I really like the angle here, it easily sets it up so it feels like you are right there, gazing up at all this. Fantastic dragon as well, kind of surprised there aren't many others in your gallery.

Many thanks! Great there is some "effect of presence" here, I was worried about that picture looks little bit "too flat" in terms of perspective.
>Fantastic dragon as well, kind of surprised there aren't many others in your gallery.
Yeah, it appears that the only other dragon picture in my gallery is also a HoMM-related.
