I wish I could be a manga artist! But I am not really good at making up stories. I wish I could be more creative. There are so many tutorials on drawing anime, I think Its mostly about getting the proportions right, like the proportions of the head, legs, eyes and stuff. I am sure you will get better if you keep trying!

thank you! It's hard making up stories I agree but what I usually do is take all of my favorite scenes from shows I like and change the story lines a little bit and just change it around so I am not copying it at all, but I usually just day dream all day, my family makes fun of me because of it but it's worth it because one day I want to share what I imagine about to people that are interested, but you can come up with stories if you try hard enough, alot of people have that problem and accomplish it.

I day dream all the time, ever since I was little. I always imagine I am best friends with the main characters with my favorite anime like recently I had one where I joined the Iwatobi swim club. But when it comes to making up my own story, it's really hard.

try imagining a little more about things you like, do you like werewolfs or just cute shoujo Β anime's? I usually just put everything I am interested in together in a book filled with many events that I find exciting, the hard part to me though is coming up with the main conflict and finding out where to put the events that camp up with in to the story. I was listening to music and finally came up with one recently, even though it took over two weeks I still came up with one so just keep trying! I hope my advice will work...
