An artist, unnaturally obsessed with a fictional woman of his creation, finds her coming out of drawing board as a living, breathing person!

Despite what some people believe, I am always trying to do more than just "fetish comics." Whether its focusing on developing interesting characters or simply experimenting with what I can do with the medium, in one way or another I'm always trying to do more than just the expected bare minimum.

This story is a great example of that: while The Cleavage Crusader is influenced by stuff like "Stan Lee/Steve Ditko" era Spider-Man comics, this fun little ditty came about shortly after I had discovered Grant Morrison's brilliant run on Animal Man. The entire series is (in my humble opinion) one of the most inspiring works of sequential art I'd ever read, so it's only natural that I very quickly found myself toying with many of Morrison's themes and fourth wall breaking techniques to create this silly little one-off.

In retrospect I wish I'd experimented with it even more, but I had a lot of fun playing around with the concept and may have even managed to make a decent comic!
