Saving Celia before I forget xD
This drawing is a few months old actually, I just decided to store it because I drew other stuff /o/

The coord is the Legendary Queen coord by Creamy Quartz ( Guminavt )
At first it was a closed PR but Gumi opened it under the condition of changing the palette ; 7 ; Bless you dear

So I went with green and blue, because it looks best on Celia xD

On another note, Rai's perf is on the way! Should be out very soon if I keep at it èwé9
I'm finally over 50% and I think I can say it'll be finished in less than 2 weeks!
