Not sure what you mean. This looks to me as a German rifleman (Kar98k pouches on his belt) carrying an MG-34/42 ammo box in his left hand and is wearing a Zeltbahn (personal camouflage smock/tent section) and a greatcoat because it is...say...autumn 1944 (cold outside). Wehrmacht means defense forces, Heer means the army, which is this guy. Wehrmacht is a broad term that covers out of the Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, and Waffen SS, the first three.
