Mini reflexion:
Well, I watched Haikyuu!! not to mention, read the manga. Out of all the characters, I guess I can say, that two are my current favorites: one of them being Oikawa Tooru.
In all honesty, I can relate a lot to him because of how hard he works for his goals, being an encouraging captain, because of his cheery/teasing attitude or his passion (just to mention a few). Hope to see a little more of him in the future!!
I don't know how noticeable it is but... I tried a different coloring scheme. It is more color complementary than what I used to do. I enjoyed trying something new but I am a little unsure about it. Perhaps after some practice it will get better.
Btw, the title refers to Bokuto's quote:
"You know, setters are like orchestra conductors. Even if you have the same song and the same orchestra, if the conductor is different… the sound is different."
The title is a compositional term of tempi. Tempo is used in musical terminology. It means the speed of the given piece or subsection.
The combination "vivace meastoso" refers to
(1) the Italian basic tempo marking "vivace" meaning lively and fast (168–176 BPM)
and (2) the mood marking "maestoso" meaning majestic or stately.

Well, it certainly has a vibe you can hardly not feel. The whole story, the characters, the art, etc. everything just makes you want to know more about the series and know how your favs are doing! You might even end up loving the enemy team!

Ah!! Does the coloring look odd with the lineart? I was worried since I like my lines to be messy and the pastels seemed a bit off....

Bahaha omg, I wouldn't want him to crash land that's for sure xD But in comparison with your drawing I think yours is more realistic and fluid (and hnnggg the anatomy oh lord <3). While I can't blame the anime quality cause I know they tend to draft scenes out pretty quickly but I enjoy fangirling over the comparison xD
Oh nope! I think they go together rather well. I think the colouring being relatively cleaner to the lineart adds to the overall feel of your work ^^

I've seen a few episodes of the first season already! (while I should be studying but shhh) xD Hurrr there's a lot of lean bodies and stuff, what eye candy *faints* I think my favourite now is Nagisa, he's such an adorable fluffball * ^* But I quite like the story, it's something refreshing for me compared to all the heavy material I'm used to xD

Oh man. My brain needs a lot of time to regenerate xDD Especially since classes are starting to pick up towards my trial exams in September. All I want to do is draw and watch anime all day *deep sigh* :''D
Hmm I do need to rearrange my studying strategies though. Like, I really enjoy History but I can't really study unless I make notes. And to do that I need to refer to two different books, which is very time consuming 
Haha he sure is! It's also nice how deep he is, he's all adorable and enthusiastic but really perceptive and observant towards the others!

Makoto is someone I'd really love to have as an older brother (since I'm an only child)~ He's a really good friend to Haru, very supportive. And he looks after him well too. I think he's a really good example in general *^^*
I can understand Rin's competitiveness but he seems to sacrifice his friendship with Haru for it :< And poor Haru just loves to swim that's all! Must Rin be such a jerk to him >.>
