Hello! Iβm from project comment~Β Β
To to begin, this is a lovely scene and I personally love the colours of the sunset, itβs vibrant and eye catching. The colours of this piece work very well together. You painted the texture of the grass and trees very well and you show you have knowledge of how the light falls on objects. You include a lot of detail in the picture: I noticed the shadow of the character, the birds in the sky, and even a dolphin in the sea too!
The dolphin is hard to see and i think a dark blue would work better for it, because at the moment it looks like a small mistake with the paint tool.Β The sea sea is very well painted but Iβd recommend looking at references of the sea during sunsets to be able to study how the light falls on the surface of the water and how vivid the colours reflect.Β
Overall this is a lovely painting~Β

This piece is just wonderful to look at. Although the scenery is pretty basic and doesn't have much to offer, the colors are just outstanding. They're very bright and colorful to look at. But I think what makes it especially great is the way you blend various colors together to form shadows. It gives the drawing plenty of depth and makes it very three-dimensional. I myself struggle a bit when it comes to blending colors together to form a shadow, so I'm kinda inspired by how you were able to pull this off.
The only main criticism I have with this drawing is that in some areas, it's a little too dark. I get that it's a sunset and all, but I notice that in the left of the drawing are trees. I can barely see the trunks given that the color of the ground and the trunks almost blend together. I think it would be better to have the trunks a little bit brighter. Not very bright, but just enough so that it's a lot easier to see. Also, this is just a nitpick, but I noticed just now once I zoomed in that it looks like a brush stroke is not supposed to be there. It's right next to the tree farthest to the left. I think that's an error, but if I'm wrong, please correct me on that.
Overall, this is a really well done piece of artwork, and I look forward to seeing you improve your techniques when it comes to blending in colors together. Keep up the good work.
