(I know i dont have a premium membership, but I still would like to critique your drawing, in a good and helpful way, of course X3)
This is an absolutely beautiful picture. I love how you made the eyes reflect the stars. The design you made for the Eevee is just magnificent. The paw being held up looks kinda "messy", per say, or misproportional, which I understand because it is usually fairly hard to draw a paw in that position. the back leg that is showing looks a bit big for proportion, but it still looks nice. (I dont want to seem like a hater when I say my points of view, just so you know! D: ) The curl at the end of the tail shows style and personality. The fluff is very cute and, well, fluffy. but you could always tone down how the "fluff spots" stick out. The background is absolutely beautiful and wise choice of colours. The shading and highlighting has been very well done.
