To use this space I might as well wedge in a few more details about Audrey.Audrey's origins and botanical classification are decidedly unknown, but the local consensus is that she was engineered by the Japanese, as she is capable of an uncomfortably wide array of sexual treatments and, more glaringly, is an inhuman being fashioned into a human beingβgod forbid, a female human being of greater than average allure. She does not require frequent treatment, but when the time comes, treatment is en masse. She can drink several times her own body weight (though this is cruise control for severe bloating), and she does so liberally. Her owners prefer to simply leave her in a room with a running hose (preferably a room with drainage, as she has terrible aim with the thing) and return a few hours later, when she might be finished on her quicker days.

Audrey. That's all that goes on paper.

Woman. People can argue that Lilith Mandrakes don't have a gender, but the definition of gender is malleable if you ask me.

I sprouted about seven months ago.

5) Do you have any bad habits?
I'm a drinker. See what I did there? Water? Drink? No? Well, I wasn't made to be funny.
6) What is your favorite food?
Sunlight & water. How do you think I keep this figure, hm?
7) What is your favorite ice-cream flavor?
Ugh, the cold. Am I a bad person for hating ice cream?
8) Are you a virgin?
Another malleable definition. I'm not built like a human girl to a fault, you know. No cherry. I don't even have a human reproductive system.
9) Have you killed anyone?
Never have I ever.
10) Do you hate anyone?
As long as you're not walking into the room with weed killer, I'm sure we can get along.

I don't kiss and tell...
12) What is your favorite season?
Oh, I blossom during the Spring, but I'm at my best in the Summer. No contest.

Turn around a few times. I'm trying to make up my mind.

I take care of the other little flowers in my pot. They're such good listeners! They never interrupt, and they're always so pretty... but sometimes, they're too quiet and it gets uncomfortable. Maybe we're just able to get along without a single word between us.

Water! What do you think I am?
16) When is your birthday?
I remember waking up for the first time on the first Saturday of a month - I don't remember which one. We just celebrate on the first Saturday of every month knowing one of the twelve celebrations will be right every year.

I'm just a pretty little flower. No agendas whatsoever.

My caretaker's house is always full of people in the evenings. They love to talk, so I suppose it grew on me!

Sweetheart, Mandrake heritage doesn't work that way.

Elementally, I can't bear the cold. But more than that, the idea of being alone scares me to death...

As long as it takes for me to drink it!
23) What do you do on a regular day basis?
Days are consistent around here. The caretaker takes care of me, I tend to my flowers, I sunbathe, sing to myself... the hours fly by. I don't really need to do much to amuse myself, if one can imagine such a blessing.

Turn around again.
25) When was the last time you wet your self?
I have to play the Mandrakes-don't-work-that-way card.
26) What's your favorite band?
I can't bring myself to pick favorites when it comes to singers. There's so many of them!

Uh-uh. I don't do clothing.

Sunbathing, first and foremost! I've got to keep my vibrance at its best!

The velvety consistency of a good flower's petals always eases my mind.

I can't say for sure if Lilith Mandrakes can even cry. It's not part of the job description, that's for sure.

No, and I'm not too thrilled about you even having to ask.

The most widely-used term is "Lilith Mandrake" after Adam's first wife in the bible, and then for an agreeably peculiar type of plant. I'm not religious, but I didn't make up the Lilith part so don't look at me like that.

Audrey, Audrey, and sometimes, on special occasions, Audrey.
41) Do you consider yourself a happy or a down person?
Happy, 'til Winter rolls around...
42) If you were a superhero, you'll be...?
Poison Ivy! I don't care that she's a bad guy.
43) Favorite movie?
I don't watch a lot of movies. I'm not big on films or the dark rooms people watch them in.
44) What is your current occupation?
Seeing as the law doesn't consider me a person, I don't have to do any work!
45) How do you feel at the minute?
Thirsty. Really, really thirsty.

Yeah.

My caretaker. He should be coming in with lots of water soon.

Grown to be beautiful, and I don't disappoint.
