Description I never draw him enough, as much as I love him {well I love all my characters..}

I accidentally pressed a video of Pleakley's moments when I was watching a bunch of Darkwing Duck's Moments.

And I forgot all about Pleakley! He has the exactly personality of my character Spike, expect for the constant cross dressing.
