It's Cloud of Final Fantasy 7. Some people like him some people like the antagonist Sephiroth (i hope I've wrote that right). So you could interpret it as the clouds in the sky or as the name Cloud Strife. Actually I just came to that idea because the cloud plz-account wasn't a cloud but this guy. So just ignore it if you don't understand because if you once played Final Fantasy you know that the characters always have a VERY long story... and I don't really want to write 5 pages just about someone who even I know barely myself
