That would be an excellent poster, if only because it's in-joke enough to make the fans of the book feel that it captures the essence, and just open-ended enough to intrigue those who don't know the story.

In my imagination, the cast look like this:
Cory Monteith as Shadow. (I'm sorry, but as I was reading the book I could not stop picturing Monteith)
Someone mentioned James Coburn for Wednesday and I agreed, he's perfect.
Danny Glover as Mr. Nancy. (Popular choice is Morgan Freeman, but I think that Glover's raspy voice suits the character better)
I'm not sure who I imagine for Laura. I imagined her to have brown hair, not dark.
Not sure who I want for Chad Mulligan either.

Clive Owen would certainly make an excellent Shadow. Brendan Gleeson as Wednesday, yes? Who's Sean Bean playing? Must know who plays who? Like the concept. Kinda reminds me of older sandman covers.
