The feline sushi chef offers you a tasty selection of his best salmon. MMmmMMMmmmm...I've finally finished this piece! It's made to print huge...poster sized, bigger! I don't normally draw millions of hairs, but I did here. I had to order sushi twice (oh no...) to get the look of food right. I still have some issues with it, but it's done and will be at FC as a big ol happy print.
This is the first piece I have ever done mostly in Photoshop. It does some neat things with translucent colors. I did about a quarter of this in Painter.

OH my goodness! I normally don't comment on pictures, but... THIS IS AMAZING! I love all the work you put into the details, i mean to pain every hair and even going as far as to go out and buy sushi, (yummy!) just to get the picture to be authentic! I admire your dedication and talent, Its not every day you see those two talents combined.
