Description
When I was told by my oncologist that my lung cancer was gone, everyone told me how much of a miracle, a blessing it was. Now that I'm on that other side it feels more like a curse. Its a permanent black stain on me which all perspective employers seem to be able to spot from a mile away. I'm perfectly healthy now, but I'm seen as a liability and cant find work to save my life. I'm going to lose everything. My cars, my house, my way of life. Everything was supposed to be so much better. I was supposed to have a new lease on life. Now it feels like life is falling apart around me and there is nothing I can say or do to change it. I just want to scream!
