Description
In the last installment of my writing it is intended that the RBYG are against the GSC Legendary Pokemon; unfortunately for Lugia, it is him (yeah, I genderized) against Rayquaza, Latios, and Latias in combat between sea and sky. Rayquaza's about to unleash its lethal Hyper Beam and Lugia's best defense and offense is to take to the water and retaliate. Not like the torpedo twins are going to let that one happen.I was going to do most of this picture in Picture Publisher but was too fond of doing some easy speed effects in Photoshop 5. Blessed blur.

I thought torpedo twins kind of worked, since they're very streamlined, come in a pair, and are brother and sister. Or I'm just quirky.
