Okay, so you say your friend created this character three years ago? One hole in your story, Hell is at least six years old.
And besides, there's no reason for you to freak-out and call the police. Because after all, the internet is srs bsns.
And, first off, I doubt you would try to steal one of my characters if you're so fiercely opposed to your friend's characters getting stolen, why on earth would you be a hypocrite? Your friend probably saw Hell and created a spin-off of him. Its not uncommon on dA. Look at the entire freaking sparkledog fandom for your proof.
So if you stole my character, I would take it two ways.
One, you obviously think my character is amazing, and want to use her/him for your own. I honestly would take this as sort of a praise. And I would kindly ask you to create a fan-charcter of mine.
Two, you are running out of characters ideas and are desperate and see a character I have and take it. You're just a genuine grade-A asshole.
