...and HOT DAMN i do believe shes right!

Because Mew apparently was the first Pokemon. Mew is the caveman to Pokemon. Basically, Mew has every Pokemon's DNA, since every Pokemon somehow comes from Mew, in some way, also explaining why Mew can know every move.
