Yep. 

Red doesn't look too thrilled though. Guess she prefers her short ponytail and fatigue. Most would say her taste in fashion are odd.

Well, some characters rock certain looks. I guess she'd rather stick to the military uniforms, in my opinion.

Much like Sasha and athletic clothes. Clothing is an important part of the character as much as their personality and hairstyle.
