Dancing, dancing in the rain....
I say to hell with the focus, it's the emotion that counts. You may have missed the focus point but you got the moment. There's a nice progression - the empty chair on the right, the solo dancer in the center, then the couple on the left.
Anyone who dances in the rain should be applauded and handed a big bouquet

This was at a plaza in Bergen, Norway. You don't have many dry days during autumn months here
I think they were amateur performers, although I had to move on before the dance ended. I heard applauses shortlyafter.
The song was "Mi Buenos Aires" I think.

the photo is a bit too unsharp and blurry, but i guess you couldn't have done anything about that in that kind of lighting

No, they were just dancing.
The lens had water droplets on front element, and exposure was 1/25 f/1.8. The shot is acceptably sharp though, it's just that the focus point missed. I've seen opportunity unfolding, set focus "by feel" and snapped, something that you should do when it happens. The next frame was shot a second after with correct focus but the magic is gone there.
