Description This is why I love the major "Graphic Design". Because your 'exams' aren't always answering questions on a piece of paper. Sometime it's "make this for this using these guidelines."

I don't mind that the actual instructions were slightly vague, or that my teacher called it a 'production' exam for whatever reason. What I do mind, is that we had to do it all in one class period... Anything 'artistic' I do takes at least a whole day for me to do... Hence why this might look slightly rushed and even unfinished.

The project was that we had to make a "two sided postcard advertising our new business". When I took this class three years ago, I had a similar project (except I had a few days to work on it then), so to save on time I decided to use that same business. I had even kept the ai. file from the original project, so saved even more time by reusing my border, logo, and info (I figured it was allowed, the directions said we could "import" existing images). Then I found a nice side vector of the Golden Gate Bridge on Google, re-lined it with the pen so I could change the color and also a nice sunset vector to get the background colors.

The back of the "postcard" looks plain compared to the front because I started to run out of time, so I adjusted a few things and threw on some 'address lines' and submitted it.

It's not my best work simply because I didn't have enough time. *le sigh*
This is my schoolwork, it is NOT free to useProgram used: Illustrator CC
