At first sight is it just a normal key chain. But when William needs it will it become bigger. He can only use this to control time with, nothing more.

Skills:
Time Control - William controlls time. He can go to the past or future. What ever pleases him. Being one who controlls time himself is it save for him to do this and wont damage the different time lines. Though this does come with a great responsibility, it happend more then once that William had to put people back in there right time lines.
Combat - He knows some basic hand to hand combat to defend himself but nothing more

Personality:
In generally is William a layed back and easy going guy, who prefers to stay out of any kind of trouble. Neither does he seem to be very smart, and will fall over his own feeth or any other kind of object. Though it doesnt mean what it seems like. He is smarter then you might think.
