Great picture. A bit of a weird thing about it, it looks a little similar to some old rpg character a friend of mine made that I've actually been wanting to draw. The head is almost exactly the same, just shorten the hair a tad and add sunglasses. Hell they both even wear green. Weird.

I seriously doubt it. This character thing was from two years ago, and a lot of drawings/characters likely have hair like that anyways.
