Your version of Yoshi is way better than Nintendo's current version, especially because of the cheeks. At least SSBM uses Yoshi's dino-like appearance.

Thanks alot, I'm glad you think so. Yeah, The Smash Bros Crew usually keeps things the way they're supposed to, Can't wait for the next one XD.

Yeah, this one is also sculpey, but it's Super Sculpey instead, which is stronger.

Um, now that I've finished butting in on other comment threads... ^-^;
It's really nice! I like its roundness (which I'm sure is difficult to maintain) and it does look very smooth and polished. I especially like his face... aww, Yoshi's such a sweetie. ^o^

XD Evolution is a funny thing. Yosh came out so polished! Now I want to paint him so badly! He really deserves a good coat of paint.

Awww, I'd like you to. Do you think you're good enough yet though? I mean have you ever painted something that big?

Well maybe. Try me out. Or help me make up the palette. And the nice thing about acrylics on solid objects is the power of laaaayyyerrrs!

well, you really have to see past the lack of color. The form is kind of more important. Besides, I said it wasn't finished, I just don't know how to paint. Thanks though. As for the fur........*shudder*

He himself evolved as a single being? That's pretty impressive... I was under the impression that it would take several generations of Yoshis...
oh, I mean, nice model. Very clean.
Now tell me... is it a small shell? or a saddle?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
VashTheStampegg In reply to Emperor-Monkey [2006-07-31 05:54:47 +0000 UTC]
I think it started out as a saddle...but then "evolved" into a shell, along with his posture. Thanks.
