Per-pixel, independent modification of HSV; screen overlay (multiple blend modes available); gamma "correction" (it doesn't need correcting, it's just a different way to recolor the screen).
Almost certainly this stuff exists elsewhere (not sure if HSV effects are per-pixel like this), but I was more interested in learning shader programming than in learning other people's effects, and it's nice when you've built your own tools, they're easier to use.
Basically made to spec for LGMODS.
Oh, I forgot to mention, your textures can be any size. Make your masks and overlays the same size as your render target if you want to avoid artifacts.
