Woo hoo. i'm back making project horizons stuff. For this one I only had one paragraph to go on for her design. it says that her cyber body is more sleek and refined with less of the bulky armour. Also she has a magical mane which is a side effect of the soul bonded with Cognitum. And she has the two support drones with her also. Surprisingly I looked to the winter soldiers arm for inspiration for her new legs.Fallout Equestria was written by kkat and Project Horizons is written by Somber

Rarely is there a story I have to drink to be able to read without serious consequences, if it is as strongly emotional and harsh as Project Horizons...but it's a story I love. Glad to see someone working with the new story arch. Long live Princess Blackjack with any hope, huh? Let us see the end brought about to Cognitum and her forces...with as few casualties wrought upon the organic ponies as possible, preferably...

You see, this is just amazing. However, as much as I love this, I have a small problem. Though it looks amazing, the alicorn-style mane came after blackjack bonded with the soul of Luna, not cognitum. Cognitum was ejected from the body, and inhabited the cyber-sprites, soon to be annihilated by the folly. The purple and red alicorn mane belongs on the level 5 blackjack I believe.
Though, of course, I could just be reading it wrong.

As completely fractured and ruined fallout Equestria is....
It's still stronger than the original Equestria on the whole in damages sustained and what can be dished out- including hard earned experience to not follow a head mare or the herd nearly so blindly... The bale fire gave that lesson - burned away many delusions, including the delusions that friendship means everything will be okay ... True or not

Well, she might have adjusted it so that the baby(s) could grow unobstructed and probably let the rear end be un-upgraded. To allow the baby(s) a place to pop out of.
