Description
*spoilers*At this point in Psalms life most of her friends are dead or frozen in project chimera and the war has taken its toll on Psalm. Here beliefs and guilt for all she has killed has made her believe that working for the O.I.A would help her repent her sins. She was the assassin for project partypooper which was to assassinate the mane six and other high ranking members of goverment to allow members of the O.I.A to take over. She killed Pinkie Pie in Manhattan and made her way to the Maripony facility to kill Twilight, but the radiation and fallout all took their toll and when she arrived she found only the goddess and unity. She was dragged into the vats of I.M.P and became one of the first alicorns and became Lacunae.

I think out of all of the nine Marauder's, Psalm suffered the most.

Hmm let's see, Big Macintosh died protecting Princess Celestia, Jetstream went insane and died, Stonewing became Gorgon and later died, Doof became Deus and later died, Twist became Rampage, Vanity was killed by his brother, Echo became The Dealer, Applesnack turns into a ghoul, and Psalm becomes Lacunae.
Tough call between Psalm, Twist, Doof, and Applesnack.

Twist didn't become Rampage. None involved in Eternity *became* Rampage. Rampage is her own personality, or that of Peppermint. While Twist may be part of Rampage, she isn't Rampage.
And Jetstream's fate is never confirmed as far as I'm aware. All we ever really know is that her memories are altered by Vanity.

Jetstream's fate was revealed. She was losing her mind due to the "death" of Stonewing and the death of Big MacIntosh. She was convinced by Garnet, a member of that wonderful O.I.A., to take a megaspell bomb, which she thought was a teleportation spell for prisoners, to the Zebra capital of Roam. She died in the ensuing explosion.

Pinkie Pie wanted the bullet at the point Psalm showed up. She didn't want to burn. Oddly enough I was suprised Fluttershy or Rarity were on the list. Neither would have stood in the I.O.A's way overly much.

Don't forget that Fluttershy was ultimately responsible for the zebras getting their hooves on the megaspell matrix. While her heart was kind, she wasn't much of a strategist. It makes sense to remove her as well, if only to prevent her from accidentally ruining things again. What makes things somewhat more murky on this occasion is that Party Pooper was, if memory serves, drafted by Goldenblood, even if he had no intent to act on it. He may never have used it, but he did draft an operation that would eventually dispose of his marefriend.
All's fair in love and war, but that? Despite my own feelings that Goldenblood was objectively doing the right thing, it's cold to even consider killing one's own partner.

Uh, no. Fluttershy gave the zebras the megaspell matrix because she wanted them to have the means to mass-healing. This is Kkat canon. I can't recall Goldenblood having anything to do with it in Project Horizons

Yes I am aware of the Khat canon but I remember reading that it was Goldenblood pulling the strings from behind the scenes in Horizons. I just can't remember which chapter it was in.

At this point Blueblood was already in custody so its a good chance Fluttershy was added after the fact. Goldenblood if I remember correctly didn't actually want all of them dead. Fluttershy was to be spared while Rarity was supposed to be caught in a fake scandal and forced out because Goldenblood might need her down the road. Not sure about the rest but I remember Twilight and RD were to be killed. Not sure about AJ. Been too damn long since I've read Horizons. . The interesting thing was what to do with Luna and Celestia. Partypooper wasn't directed at them and I doubt either would let the death of the Elements go unpunished.

I think AJ would have been rushed off to Stable 2 as per the original plan. Following the death of her brother, her heart wasn't really in the fight anymore. Since her attention was turned expressly to designing better armour, she wasn't up to date on the politics of the war and had essentially isolated herself from whatever else was happening. There would be no reason for Goldenblood to take her out. She could be again isolated in Stable 2 and thus wasn't a problem, so long as she stayed out of the way.

It's HER! It's the mare who forsake her soul to become death! I knew Party Pooper was to kill off key members of the war. I just did not expect it would be those who would be a threat to Luna? Somber did not put a good light on Luna in his story. Which is okay. War & power go together like whiskey and match sticks. Although I do have to say nay on THIS mare being the reason Pinkie Pie died. Almost as nonsense as Fluttershy & Rarity have MALE relationships when we know FULL WELL these 2 have been in one from Kkats true blue tale Fallout Equestria. So from these Marauders we have Doop who was a tank which means he did all the heavy lifting and boom making. He was dumb as a sack of potatoes and did something he REALLY should have known was bad. But he DID NOT deserve to be treated as a perinea and forsaken by ALL of his friends and turned into the walking rape & death machine Deus. There was the one who got brain damaged and was so desperate to be turned back to normal he willingly became a monster for Sanguine. Brass who was the architect for the separation of the Marauders and who manipulated Doop into raping their pegisai friend. I am glad she died in pain that whore. Only wished Black Jack had finished off the Alpha Manticore so that at least he would be dead along with that true cunt. The pegisai mare who I think got used in Project Eternity which I KNOW has SOMETHING to do with that horrid soul jar that Rampage has inside of her. How else can you explain why her soul was inside Rampage when Black Jack needed to know about the mare in this picture? Now here is Pslam( how does one pronounce her name?) she HATED herself. So much so that she thought that if she worked for the confusing moral standing of Golden Blood and HIS organisation O.I.A. she would have "redeemed" herself. She just closed of her brain and heart and just became a true killer. Then there is THAT other member. I forgot his name but someone has told me that THIS MEMBER has SOMETHING to do with The Dealer? Even thought the ONLY pony who knew about EVERYTHING going on during this whole struggle with the Soul Eater, war, and EC-11-01 are Golden Blood, Mr. Horse, Sanguine, Dr. Zodiac, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Luna, and Celestia. Now 4 of the suspects are VERY DEAD thus I can't put them as the "ghost" in the program. 1 Would have said something when they met inside Black Jack's mind when she got her cyborg upgrades. 1 I KNOW is in charge of all the robots tearing ass all over Equestria trying to get EC-11-01 and those unfair Ultra Sentanils. That leaves Luna & Celestia. Celestia CAN be the one to do it since she can get into ANY computer on the planet. Luna while I know her bones are being used as a costume & power amplifier for a very scary mutant alicorn. She might have had a place in Project Horizons? Since from careful placement of words I have figured out it has to do with getting to the Moon. But who is this Marauder that SOMEHOW is STILL ALIVE and has the power to communicate with Black Jack and give cryptic advice and make her feel like shit all the time? Seems far fetched to me. Then again Vector you did show me that Black Jack becomes a full robot and battles Prophet Dawn who has slice slice claws of instant death so

Khat, author of Fallout Equestria, specifically stated any Fallout Equestria spin off stories are not canon to her story, therefore events in Project Horizons (or any other story) never took place in the original Fallout Equestria thus both stories take place separately from each other in different timelines or different universes.

I do know that once Little Pip obliterates Trixie Lacunae is going to be so overwhelmed with pain due to the fact that 1 alicorn mutant won't be able to handle all of the emotions, rage, and sadness Trixie dumped into her. She will have to ask Black Jack to do something very hard to do. That is going to be hard to get over for me personally. You should have seen my face after chapter 22. & what was the one with the advisory warning? Chapter 36, 37? The one before Black Jack dies. That was BRUTAL.
