So...yeah, we don't know Rattles last name
So I figured I'd call him a Vanderloo since that's what he'll be after his mom and Archie tie the knot 
- arthur.wikia.com/wiki/Whip._Mi… . I'm not quite sure yet how his two new siblings will have affected his personality in four years but I figured no matter what he'd still have his bad boy 'edge'. Design-wise I went with the hoodie-cap combo for two reasons, one: I figured maybe the cap had some as-of-yet unknown sentimental value and he'd want to keep wearing it and two: Rattles exact species has been something of a small mystery over the course of the series, as he's been seen with dog, bear AND cat ears on different occasions. Currently, I'm pretty sure they're going with 'dog', but I wanted to keep that little bit of intrigue about him so I covered his ears even further

His last name might be Ciccone, his biological parents too. I'm not 100% sure that that really is his last name so don't quote me on that.

That could make his mother Mrs. Ciccone-Vanderloo. And if Rattles wanted to, and if his mother let him, (well when he turns 18 or older he can absolutely make this decision) be Rattles Ciccone-Vanderloo. Why not? I have more than one last name, but I'm not telling what they are. But I have my mother's maiden name, my biological father's last name, and had my stepfather's last name.
Now the question to and for myself is "When are you going to start drawing Rattles?" Yeah when am I? Well, only time will tell but I'd like to start drawing him and the other Tough Customers.

I'll admit I like the direction they're taking the Tough Customers; not too many shows will flesh out their "bully" characters as much as Arthur has. And the way they're handling Rattles' new blended family is an intriguing and useful one; even if you like your stepfamily-to-be, that doesn't mean that fitting the pieces together isn't going to take effort and time.
Incidentally I also LOVE this design. Can't wait for whoever is next on the roster.
