though recently i got blocked by my inability to draw human anatomy.... i can draw animals, human like beasts.... but for some reason a normal human is rocket science for me
my main issue is expressions and head, and where to place everything in that dam circle

Ahh, I see! Hmm, I'd recommend doing a bunch of 2d studies for humans. 3d is a whole new thing, so having the fundamentals and basics down more will help a lot more that will translate into 3d.
Drawing human faces and expressions take a lot of time and practice, so jumping into 3d without having a firm grasp on anatomy can be very difficult.

nah i didnt plan on doing 3D at all anytime soon .-. i was mainly looking at basic animation and pixel animation
as well as simple artworks
though this knowledge will be helpful when i do decide to step into 3D ^^
