If you noticed, it's not perfect - I had to recreate the arrow and whatnot, paint over things to split them all up - was really fun and it might become a hobby of mine. No problem! I use Photoshop CS6. I only have a few picture tutorials, though they're quite old/outdated.Β

About Photoshop CS6, can you do digital art on that program? and if so, how hard is it to make digital art on it? It's because i never used a art program before nor know any good ones, thanks!

Yup! Photoshop has a collection of tools, brushes, and other functions that are very good for digital art.
Digital art, like any other form of art, takes a lot of time to develop a style. You'll have to learn how to use the tools, functions, and shortcuts of the program, but you'll get them down through practice and repetition. Even now, after many years of using Photoshop, I learn a new trick. And that's a good thing!
If you don't want to pay for Photoshop, there are other alternatives for starters. SketchBook and PaintSAI could work for you (they're free too). Their interface and tools will be kind of different, but you'll still learn the basics that will transition easily into Photoshop.Β

Sure, I totally understand. The last I checked on PaintSAI, there was a free version on reputable sites. Odd, I guess it's gotten more difficult since then.Β
In that case, I'd recommend Sketchbook. While it might not have all the functions and features that Sketchbook Pro has, it still provides enough to get a grasp on illustration and workflow:Β www.sketchbook.com/?locale=en
