You need someone to suggest it to a DA moderator.
You cant self suggest your own deviations...
Moderator ar divided by category, so it's important to suggest it to the one which is in charge of the type of artwork you are submitting.

Good work with the palette, and nice use of dither. Regrettably, both of the feet look a bit pillow shaded, especially the left foot (his left). keep up the good work.
