I knew I had to click on this one, it looks like it's going from a artwork being gradiented into space

Amazing! How did you make the stars look so natural and glowy? I find whenever I do watercolours all the white parts turn into a huge mess, even if I use tape or masking fluid >.<

Have you ever tried Posca poster color markers? that's what I used to do the stars. They're water based so they mix with watercolors I first touched the marker on the surface of the wet watercolor painting to do the brightness of the stars, and then when the watercolor was fully dried I did it again. They're really great because they mark over any surface so I also use them sometimes to correct errors on my watercolor paintings.

Hmm, no, I haven't! Are these Posca markers worth purchasing? Ah, that's a really good idea, I'd love to try that out sometime - I love to include a nice starry sky in a great deal of my paintings. C: Thanks for the suggestion!

Yes definitely! Besides being a great complement to watercolor, and traditional art in general, they're cheap, something like $4-7 each depending on where you live. Since you want to do stars, I'd recommend you trying out the white one (PC-5M is the Posca type I used here, it's round-pointed). If you get along with it you could more effects with different colors
You're welcome

I feel this piece of work has a deeper meaning than just to look nice. Maybe it meaning is that we can create our own universe within our imaginations. I love how this image evokes different feelings. Very well done.

It actually has several meanings, as several thoughts for this passed by my head while painting this. So I think whatever meaning you see for it will be right, it is meant to be that way. Thank you.

Obrigada
