Description
I wanted to get away from the stereotypical view of 'good vs evil' that comes to mind as soon as the words are uttered.I began with watercolour paint splashes on paper, then worked into it with photoshop.

i think the baby's head is a bit too "alien" looking.. i never really see a baby.. so it's only my preconception. anyway, love it! i like the lower jaw of the... fish? the most!

I hate those fish - they creep me out no end.
However, I like this pic - my first thought was OMG - the baby's gonna get eaten... then I decided the fish could just be its protector or something. Good fish that looks evil.

nice concept, really like it, and nice aproach, sick of viewing always the same drawings of someone ( a dragon a knight, a baker man) fighting an evil side or being lol, i thing we need diferent concepts aproaches, something really new than the usual angel demon, good bad consciensessss...etc....

Far too few comments on this! I love this idea, and I love how the baby is nestled so peacefully on the fish's angler. They look so nice together. It reminds me of the saying that one must "never judge a book by it's cover". Excellent work, and good luck!

The line, shape and original layer of colour (on the Angler) was in pen and watercolour paint. It was then scanned in and completed in Photoshop (the baby was actually my first completely digital drawing, though!)
