About this arcanus :

This is a very powerful arcanus that lives on an isolated island in Ethora.
The rules of judgement do not apply here and even though this arcanus commits much crime he does not become corrupt.
he is hired by the scientists on this island to capture and kill victims for scientific purposes.
These scientists do horrible experiments and create mutated arcanus.

more of these mutated arcanus will be sold later in October.
