I should start by the compliments, I love this drawing of the Neko (Cat) and it also original I don't see any cats like this one so you must be feel proud of it. The shading is great too!

Here comes the critiques, you should put the cat eyes a little bigger and maybe draw these paws more like cats like you know what I mean? Like the cats finger and their claws. But I think it suppose to be kawaii (Cute) and not realistic, am I right on that?

By the way the diamond collar reminds me of Bill from Gravity Falls because his a triangle. XD
