Not sure on the typing, will likely stay the same as Mewtwo!
This is a concept for the second generation of Mew Clones. This Mewthree has a lot of DNA motifs in its design to represent all Pokémon (in particular the original 3 starters + Pikachu). It’s “ears” form 2 extra necks so that Mewthree has 3 necks (like how Mewtwo has 2).
