It has indeed been a long time, hasn't it. It may have been, but at one point, I started to worry. Even last night, I wondered, "what is vendixnosferatu up to?"

i think about you too. deviantart is where i made my first mark, it holds a special place to me, as well as the people who encouraged and have been with me from the beginning. like you, my dearest maruki-san.
i've been up and down. i work a full time job now, i bought a new apartment, ive been concentrating on financial matters for a while. i want to get my base down so i can get some room to move around on my art career. sorry for the long time!
i also own two rescued rabbits now

Rescued rabbits, huh? Heheh... I've not been much of a rabbit person since my only experience with them was rather painful and bloody, but I'm happy they found a loving home. What kind are they?

thank you so much maruki-san. there's still alot i need to fix and do and im afraid of falling into stagnation because its so easy to just be content with my life as it is. i certainly do not want to live the rest of my live just getting by, doing something that supports me financially, but not spiritually.
hehe, one is white and very vicious, so i see your point there; the other is brown, tiny, and the most adorable sweetheart i could ever have. both were found nearly on my doorstep. i live right next to a busy road, so, unable to turn them away, i took both in.

A simple life you're content with is the best life. Far better than a rich and lonely life, or a busy life where you're always on your feet, leaving little to no time for much of anything. That's my dream life; to have it simple and be content with it. That is why I don't want to go to college. I don't want a high-end job. I wouldn't mind working in a grocery store as a shelf stocker and supporting myself in a small house in the mountains.

im not aiming for anything fancy, just to finish my degree and publish some of my works, see the world, learn more languages, eat new foods, etc. just anything to know that when i die, it wont be that ive regretted anything.
