Please no crits on this, I know where the mistakes are.Also, this work features one of my own species, please do not create one. The species is PRIVATE and will be kept so. When the breed sheet has been finished, only close friends will be allowed to create one.
OMFG. I've finally finished thiiissss! And I'm so feckin' proud of it! n___n
I'm applying for the design from and I've altered it a little to make him into a species of mine: a Saber Equine. I've worked my ass off on this picture and I really hope I get him.
I'm going to keep his name of Takota because I just love it and he shall be a member of the Diablo Canyon Herd, led by Arioch. Takota is a quiet fellow, and although being part of the herd, he does prefer to be on his own and takes to scouting the area for threats and those that have become lost in the desert. He has a ferocious temper though that he manages to keep well hidden, just don't get him angry otherwise he will attempt to snap your head off.
I'm rather proud of the background and I love the fact that I didn't use the grass brush for once! I'm definately improving and I love it! 8D

Just fyi, somebody already created a Sabor horse breed. [link] [link] I'm not sure if she's still active in the horse art community, or not. So you might want to contact her and see. I love the idea though! Good luck :3

The shading on the face is amazing! It's so detailed and makes him look serious! I LOVE how you made his eyes so intense, gorgeous. I also love that billowing mane and tail and how well their shaded, very shiney and smoot. This is a very unique breed and I really like his designs and how diffrent all the colors on him are. You've done an amazing job on the background too <3 LOVE the detailing on the cliffs behind him!
