It's preserved by the state old building, but not well cared for.
Reminds me of Battersea Power Station([link] ), holgarama of which I took last month and I will show soon. Even situated in London this building is in bad condition, and just lately they started some renovation work on it.

very nice. That is the best use of advantages of Holgas that I've yet seen. running the pictures together since the film runs together anyway...brilliant. There's a lot of nice composition here too. I really like the repetition.
