Description Meet the spy Cross dresser.
He doesn't know what he wants to be.
So he acts like everyone else.

Additional stuff:
-before the Switch he was a detective, but after the switch, he became a spy. For he can gather information but he really can't find a logical reason why a city would turn upside down. So he might as well put those dress up skills to use 8u;;;

So yes he always(or almost always) goes out in disguise
