I wouldn't bet on it ever being translated since the novels aren't. It's still pretty enjoyable in Japanese but of course it's not the same thing.

They never do, Durarara's not popular enough to begin with. Not like the series that get games in the US and Europe, like Bleach and Naruto. I don't complain about it, any version is better than no version.
