I love the ethereal quality of this picture... Like the phoenix and dragon have shifted into human form just for the occasion.
I also like that you used a "warm" color palette, it does much for giving a sense of affection between the two.

Yes, pink is not my favourite colour, but it was requested for the picture to have a red theme 
You definitely should get married, but take your time until someone worthy comes along. Don't get married with people like Light/L, they only care about their works ^__^;;;.
