being unlocked
and maybe sometimes
this happens inadvertently too
like birds flight at night...

a keyhole can be some kind artificial... ancient, in a recession... When we would do something for all time from the beginning, we would became a tool ourselves, as he probably did... Could he hypnotize with his eye, opening our mind, then shift us to the other side of a door... Maybe he protects the last door which are himself, and when WE hypnotize him, we could use the artificial keyhole to enter...

i'm sure this is natural (the shrinking back, the avoiding because feels bad)

i started sensing my bad feelings (intentionally) only rather recently...
and find this is what happens (with the little experience i have so far 
i sense for instance my sad (when i'm sad)
sad is a good one to try...
i look at it quietly inside
feel it consciously, feel towards it
then it transforms into some kind of energy or so
travels to a different place in my body
dissolves a bit
something like that...
returns a bit later
is here again, sad
and i try same again...
i can also ask "sad" what it is
or i can say to "sad" "you are here, you are welcome"
things like that
at some point i loose that thread
my distraction is back
just riding life as happens
bump bump emotion sss sss thoughts passing by tic tic tic clock etc
and "sad" plays with me again
as pleases it
or something
like that

That's a path I walk myslef... I also learned it through bad times.
Sadness is a very strong force, and it's good to transform it to a creative force instead of destructive one.
