the snow queen! omg, i love elsa. how sad is it that the mattel doll doesn't resemble her at all? when i got the two doll set (because i was curious about the dresses they were wearing), i was a little disappointed when i opened the dolls ... so i decided to repaint them. i had planned to do coronation ones at first (since those are coronation dolls) but i already did coronation ones, so ... may i present to you? snow queen elsa!i did a full facial repaint after removing the factory paint. the paint is sealed. afterwards, i washed and cut her hair. i rebraided it and styled her bangs. the dress is from the deluxe fashion set from the disney store. i added every single stone with glue. and yes, it took quite a while.
but it was fun! i even added stones to her cape. she also got three snow flakes for her hair. i really hope you like her! she took me quite a while to complete but i am pleased with how she turned out!
i do not own the character of elsa or frozen. they are owned by disney.

My first re-paint was on one of the Elsa mattel dolls, and I only bought it so that I could give re-painting a go. Β I can't really believe that people could think this would pass for Elsa. Β Even the super popular Snow Glow Elsa doll is not good, in my opinion, despite the fact that some parents were paying hundreds for it at Christmas! Β Even though this is one of your older re-paints, she is amazing! Β I do wish doll makers would take note, but then again, if they were perfect, there would be no need for skilled artists like yourself! Β Ha ha! Β So, I guess the mattel dolls are good for something, right?Β

Your repaints are astounding, you always pay attention to each and every detail from the movie. : ) Those stones must of been frustrating, but the end result is more than worth it. < 3

i gave it to coronation elsa cause she doesn't feel save that day, the snow queen wasn't suppossed to look as worried, just a little because she is still not able to control her powers and coronation anna got it, because i used reference pictures of her when she finds out about elsa's powers.
snow gear anna, however will (hopefully) not look as worried as the others.
