The third 'Hunger Games' fanart I ever drew!Peeta and Katniss in a scene from 'Catching Fire'. The one when Peeta is watching videos of previous victors and Katniss comes in and hugs him before he can start talking about training and the games. I really like this moment. <3
I already drew the sketch for this one about two or three weeks ago but didn't manage to color it until now. I'm not sure if I'm happy with how this turned out. But I guess it's better than nothing.

(In fact I'd really, really, really love to re-watch the movie but I don't have the munnies that's why I'll probably have to wait for the DVD release. Torture! D: And I'd also love to re-read the books even though I've only finished reading them less than one month ago - but my sister has them atm. Yes, it's THAT good! And I think I haven't felt like this since Harry Potter and that's saying something. <3 )

Love this picture! Also, I totally agree with you on the re-watch and reread. I went to go see the movie last week and actually have plans to watch it again with my friends tonight. Though, with the books I lent 1 to one friend then was passed to another friend who gave it to another friend and rinse and repeat for books 2 and 3. I haven't seen my books for a month. lol both a gift and a curse.

I hope I'll be able to re-watch the movie in theatres before it's gone, too. And I can't reread the books atm either because my sister is reading the first one right now and I'm sure that she soon wants to read the second and the third one as well. Gift and curse indeed. xD I would have never thought that I'd love the story that much. <3

It truly is a great story. It actually made a mess of things because my sister was the one who started it in my family. She got the book for me for Christmas and when I finished the first book and was waiting for the second we pressured my dad to reading it, then soon my brother in law and then I planted the seed in my friends. Needless to say, when it came to seeing the movie, it made a mess of things. But, even better excuse to see it again, in my opinion. It really spread, excuse the pun, like a wildfire.
