How is it homophobic again? You know, Shadow can be freaked out by the fact that they ship him with his rival/faker, and make them do totally out of character, mature audience(d) themes.

Heh, kind of reminds me of the time (during a daydream and yes, I'm a Sonic yaoi fangirl. I like some of the couples but not a lot of them) when I tricked Amy into giving Sonic love advice...fake ones. And he ended up flirting with Shadow.
Er, needless to say this was during April Fools and by the end of the day I got a head-ache! During school, too! You didn't have to hit so hard!

Yeah. Hard to believe it but it actually did happen, I did have a head-ache and I actually did do a prank like that in my own world.
Me and Amy are kind of like Hokuto or Tomoyo when it comes to the boys. I even convinced Shadow to wear a biker outfit once! xD Of course, Sonic found it funny. But then Amy convinced me since he wasn't paying attention to her that I should do the revenge for her.
After all, Sonic was her love interest. I did, and gave him a magical girl suit! Skirt and all! LOL
